As some of you will know this January we celebrate our 10th anniversary. There have been some ups & downs as we struggled financially in the earlier years, but thanks mainly to the BFI Film Forever project administered through Film Hub NI we were able to get some funds which have helped us enormously. We have also got some funding from FODC in the latter years to help us pay the Cinema Licence, & a small grant towards the hire of the Ardhowen for our anniversary event so it’s looking good as we move into our 10th year!
Please come along our afternoon/evening celebration and there will be some good Irish Shorts playing on a loop after the students screenings, some music & snacks & the Feature film is the unmissable ‘THE FLORIDA PROJECT’ – NB earlier time of 7:30
There will also be a selection of short films including Melmoth The Wanderer by Nora Windeck & Eoin Heaney & Shorts from the Irish Film Board 2016…
